Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Technical Support Associate
responsible for leading technical support for end users and service
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving
customer-related issues promptly
Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support for hardware and
software platforms
Utilize proactive monitoring methods to prevent problems and
enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent
work experience
4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in customer
support or technical services
Experience with HP products is preferred
Demonstrated competence in technical support and customer
relationship management
Knowledge of operating systems and preventive maintenance
practices
