TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Edison, New Jersey, 08837 Pay Information $2,543 per week About The Position ID: 50261434 Shift: Shift Times: 6:00 AM -2:00 PM; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM AS NEEDEDDays/Hours as needed Description: Job Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.-Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient s needs.-Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.-Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.-Initiates assessment based on the patient s problems or needs, the physician s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.-Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.-Manages care of patients.-Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.-Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Schedule Times: 6:00 AM -2:00 PM; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM AS NEEDEDDays/Hours as needed- 8 hours; 10 hours; 12 hours; 16 hours - as needed combination hours may be neededEvery Other Weekend RequiredHolidays Required as NeededNo On-Call RequirementFloat Requirement: Brick unit in ocean countySkills: Required Skills & Experience:-Minimum of 1 year prior experience working in an outpatient Dialysis center.-Minimum of 1 year prior experience of ICH Dialysis.-Knowledge of the Fresenius T Machine and portable RO's required. -Float Requirement: Brick unit in ocean county Preferred Skills & Experience:-Prior Telemetry and Chronic hemodialysis experience is highly preferred.-RN must be able to manage 3 patient assignment for put on and take off.-RN must also have the ability to manage a 9 patient assignment with 2 PCT s for meds and assessment.
